The dissertation (final year thesis) is an obligatory component of the successful completion of academic education. The dissertation topic must be relevant to each air cadet’s stream/Specialization, and is approved by HAFA’s Educational Council. During their final year of studies, as part of their academic education, all air cadets of all specializations write a dissertation supervised by a member of HAFA’s academic faculty and academic teaching staff under contractual status (both civil and military).
